Where can I purchase the CPK Loyalty Card?
You may purchase the CPK Loyalty Card from any branch of CPK. It comes with a registration form. It should be filled out with your details. Submit the completed form to your server before you receive the card. At the back of the card is a temporary PIN which you can use to access your account online. Your CPK Loyalty Card is valid only in CPK restaurants in the Philippines.
How much is the CPK Loyalty Card?
The Loyalty Card can be purchased for only P100. Top-ups are available in increments of P100, P500 or P1,000.
Can I have a multiple CPK Loyalty Card account?
You are only allowed to own one CPK Loyalty Card account.
How can I change my Loyalty Card’s Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
The CPK Loyalty Card has a temporary Personal Identification Number (PIN). The temporary PIN is located at the back of the card. Scratch off that portion to reveal the PIN. Your PIN is your password to your online account. It is important that you change your temporary PIN immediately.
To change the PIN, log on to http://www.cpk.com.ph using the card’s number and temporary PIN. Do not reveal
your PIN to anyone.
How do I load up cash to my CPK Loyalty Card?
Visit any CPK restaurant and load up your account with a minimum amount of P100 using cash or credit card.
How can I use my CPK Loyalty Card?
You can pay your dine-in or takeout purchases at CPK using your card’s stored value and/or loyalty points. Just present your CPK Loyalty Card to your server. No CPK Loyalty Card, no transaction.
What if my purchases exceed the amount loaded in the CPK Loyalty Card?
Should your purchases exceed your card balance, please settle the excess amount in cash, CPK Gift Card or through credit card.
Is there any purchase amount limit?
For any transaction over P20,000, please present a valid government approved ID (SSS/GSIS ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or PRC) to validate your account.
Is there any maintaining balance?
There is NO maintaining balance for the CPK Loyalty Card.
Are there any incentives for using the CPK Loyalty Card?
You are entitled to card points when you do a top-up or use your stored value to pay for your purchases. For every P100 purchase using your card, you earn one (1) point. One (1) loyalty point is equivalent to P1. For every cash top-up, you will earn equivalent points, depending on the amount of top-up.
How do I redeem points?
You may use your card points as payment for your purchases at CPK. Visit any CPK restaurant and present your card to the server to check your points balance. Please inform your server the number of card points you want to use.
Can a family member or friend use my CPK Loyalty Card?
The CPK Loyalty Card is non-transferable. Only you can use it.
Is there an annual renewal fee?
There is an annual renewal fee of P150 for the CPK Loyalty Card. At the end of membership year, an annual fee for the Loyalty Card shall be automatically deducted from your card’s stored cash value. Cards that lack sufficient cash value to cover the annual renewal fee shall be deactivated at the end of 3-month grace period and their card points forfeited. You should pay the renewal fee within the prescribed period to keep existing card points and continue using the card’s stored cash value.
When do the Stored Value and Card Points expire?
CPK card points are valid for one year from the date it was earned. The card’s stored cash value does not expire but gets suspended if the annual fee remains unpaid at the end of the 3-month grace period.
Do I get an Official Receipt for Loyalty Card Transactions?
Yes. An Official Receipt is issued every time the Loyalty Card’s Stored Value is used as payment for purchases at CPK.
What if the CPK Loyalty Card is lost?
Please report the lost or stolen card to any CPK store immediately within 24 hours. Fill out the Loss/Stolen Card Report form. The Manager-On-Duty shall notify the Head Office about the incident to deactivate the lost card.
Lost or stolen CPK Loyalty Cards may be replaced through the payment of P150. Cardholder’s identity shall be verified through the presentation of a valid ID (SSS/GSIS ID, Passport, PRC, or Driver’s License). Temporary suspension of the cardholder’s account will be lifted once the account is verified within seven (7) days.
